We signed a partnership agreement with Zimbabwe focusing on being the main exporter of that mine. With this in hand and agreements in place, we now strongly believe that we will strive to be a valuable gold exporter for our Zimbabwean mining company. Our mine in Zimbabwe focuses on operating Tier One mining assets, which Number One Trading Ltd defines as those with:

• The ability to produce more than 100,000 ounces of gold per year.
• At least 10 years of productive life remaining.
• Low-cost operations, as defined by total costs per ounce.

By focusing on operating a medium sized mine with significant remaining resources, our mine can produce gold at a relatively steady pace for years. The company expects to produce an average of about 1 million ounces per year through 2031.
