Once we have contacted you, based on your evaluation of the Gold we will give you a quote on the value of your Gold.

We will then decide on the best method of transport for your Gold, this may be either securely posting your items to us via Royal Mail or having Number One Security Ltd personally collect your items via one of our secure transit teams.

Once your Gold is secure at our facility it will be evaluated, providing the information you have given us is correct your quote will be honored, however, if the purity or weight is inconsistent with our evaluation, the valuation is liable to change. In this scenario, you will be contacted on how you wish to proceed.

Once we have evaluated your items, a payment directly to your bank account or you can request cash or, a cheque to be posted to you within 24 hours.
